REGISTRATION
Dear Colleagues,
please fill out the form below to register for the workshop. After submitting the registration it is requested the payment of the conference fee to attend the ECRIS workshop. The registration is completed as soon as the payment is received.
The conference fee includes:
• Registration for the workshop
• Participation in the sessions
• Lunches at Welcome Hotel (from Monday the 16th to Wednesday the 18th)
• Lunch at the Canteen of GSI on Thursday the 19th
• Participation in all social events:
o Welcome reception on Sunday the 15th
o Excursion and social dinner on Wednesday the 18th,
o Visit of GSI on Thursday the 19th,
o Access to all the coffee breaks,
• The material for the conference
• The publication of the proceeding to the JACoW Platform.
The due fee is:
• Discounted fee for students and retirees 500 €
• Discounted fee for early registration before June 14th 550 €
• Full fee after June 14th 690 €
• Accompanying person fee 290 € (includes participation in all social events and the lunches at the hotel and GSI)
A letter of support by the Head of Department or supervisor is requested to the student to specify their status and eligibility. The letter can be uploaded in the registration form or must be sent to ecris2024@gsi.de.
We, the ECRIS2024 conference organizers, cannot accept registrations of colleagues with affiliations at Russian and Belarussian institutes. This is due to the sanctions that the European Union and the German government have imposed on Russia and Belarus.
