We, the ECRIS2024 conference organizers, offer you the possibility to sponsor this event.
You, the sponsor
- can meet the ion accelerator community and establish contacts and relationships with leading scientist and engineers.
- gain visibility and can promote products and technologies;
- learn about collaboration opportunities with international accelerator facilities, research laboratories and universities.
- get long term visibility: your logo and name are listed on the conference website and included into the Conference Proceedings
Your financial support will be used mainly to reduce the conference fee for students to foster early career contacts in the community and also to you, our industrial partner.
We offer two different sponsorship packages detailed in the following. The exhibitor package is subjected to availability and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

BASIC SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE – 1.000 € (PLUS 19% VAT)
- The logo and link to the company’s website will be listed on the conference website and the name and the logo included into the Conference Proceedings. (Electronic version of logo, links and trademarks for inclusion in the conference program and website must be made available before August 1st 2024).
- Information material (i.e. flyers, brochures or USB drive, DVD, Flash memory with respective company information) will be added to the conference bag (each item must be provided by the sponsor in 100 units and delivered before August 1st 2024)
- Conference registration fee for one day (16th or 17th of September 2024) for one participant including access to the lunch and coffee breaks
SPONSOR & EXHIBITOR PACKAGE – 2.000€ (PLUS 19% VAT) - SEVEN AVAILABLE IN TOTAL
- The logo and link to the company’s website listed on the conference website and the name and the logo included into the abstract book of contributions and on the Conference Proceedings. (Electronic version of logo, links and trademarks for inclusion in the conference program and website must be made available before August 1st 2024).
- Information material (i.e. flyers, brochures or USB drive, DVD, Flash memory with respective company information) will be added to the conference bag (each item must be provided by the sponsor in 150 units and delivered before August 1st 2024)
- Exhibit booth equipped with a desk, two chairs, vertical expositive panels. Wireless internet access at the booth and electrical connection (230 V AC) will be provided for the exhibition days (from 16th to 17th of September 2024)
- Conference registration fee for the exhibition days (from 16th to 17th of September 2024) for two participants including access to the lunch and coffee breaks.
