The EURORIB'15 will take place at "Hessen Hotelpark Hohenroda" (http://www.hotelpark-hohenroda.com), which is located in the north-east of Hesse and can be reached by car or by train to Fulda (e.g. via Frankfurt airport or Frankfurt central station).

TRANSFER
A shuttle service from Fulda train station to Hohenroda will be organized by the hotel. After arrival in Fulda, please take the exit to „Richthalle“ (exit east) and look for taxis from the hotel (there is a sign in the windshield "HESSENHOTEL HOHENRODA").
It is possible that several participants will arrive with the same train. Please proceed immediately after arrival to the pick-up point mentioned above such that the taxi can depart without long waiting time.
In case you miss your train and need to take the next connection or if you come at an even later time due to a delay of your flight, please contact the conference desk at +49 174 328 1340. The reception desk of the hotel is open 24h a day. You can also reach the hotel reception desk at: +49 6676 181.
ARRIVAL BY CAR
If you come to Hohenroda by car, please use either "Hotelpark Hohenroda" or the address "Schwarzengrunder Straße 9, Hohenroda" in order to use any of the common navigation systems.
