Detailed information about how to travel to GSI can be found here. Note that most train and bus stations in the Frankfurt/Darmstadt area offer the free wifi "WLAN@RMV".
Presentations will be given at the KBW Lecture Hall (on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) as well as in the room SB3.3.170a (Thursday). Since due to Covid only 30 people are allowed in SB3.3.170a, we ask the 10 attendees who are not giving a presentation at this meeting to join all sessions on Thursday remotely from the seminar room KBW 5.29 via Zoom. 2) Accommodation
Participants will be staying either at the hotel Weisser Schwan in Arheilgen close to GSI, or at the GSI guest house directly on GSI campus.
3) Commuting from Weisser Schwan to GSI
Either walk (~1.4 km) or take the Tram line 4 to the station "Dreieichweg" in Arheilgen. From here you can take the bus line "G" directly to GSI. Note that line "G" is not shown in Google Maps. See here for a snapshot of the timetable taken at Dreieichweg.
4) Commuting from GSI to Weisser Schwan
Take bus line "G" starting at GSI and get out at "Dreieichweg" in Arheilgen, from where you can either walk to Weisser Schwan (~1.4 km) or take Tram line 4. Note that line "G" is not shown in Google Maps. See here for a snapshot of the timetable taken at the bus stop at GSI.
Note that the bus from GSI only operates until ~8 pm in the evening. Afterwards you can either walk all the way to Weisser Schwan (~3.5 km) or walk to bus station "Messeler-Park-Strasse" (~1.5 km) to take the WX bus to Dreieichweg, which operates until midnight.
