It is our pleasure to welcome you to our retreat event "4th SIS100 Workshop Procurement and Installation", room Mönchsrefektorium and Vestibül, from September 22nd, 2025 to September 24th, 2025 to the monastery Eberbach.
The 3 event days include coffee breaks and lunch. The other costs for personal travel, accommodation, dinner, etc. will be covered by each participant. You are kindly requested to fill in and apply for your business trip application accordingly.
You are welcome to request as selfbooker one of pre-reserved rooms under the room contingent keyword GSI 22.-24.09.25 from the Kloster Eberbach colleagues at hotel@kloster-eberbach.de.
During our event you can use the wLan guests with keyword Eberbach_1136 or the free one with keyword #KlosterEberbach
Additionally, you have the possibility to use one of the 15 available lockers (big enough to lock a small bag or a backpack/tablet) in the cashier area of Kloster Eberbach. The cashier area is open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm daily.
Furthermore, you have the possibility of an individual guided tour of the monastery daily from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm at an entrance fee of 14,00 Euro per person.
