Participants are provided with accommodation in a single rooms in Langschprachinstitute gasthaus (LSI). The facility is located in a walking distance from the campus. Accommodations are booked based on the arrival and departure dates you provided during your registration. If there are any changes to your travel plans, please notify the organizers as soon as possible.

Travel from Central Station:
1.Take U35 in the direction of University Campus. Get off at Ruhr-Universität Bochum. Walk towards Laerholzstraße.
2. If you have reached University campus via U35, you can also take bus line 356 in direction of Bochum Hauptbanhoff (Hbf) and drop off at bus stop "Auf der Papenburg" near the LSI reception.
3. One can also take bus line 356 (instead of the U35 line) directly from Bochum Hauptbanhoff (Hbf) in the direction of University campus. Drop off at bus stop "Auf der Papenburg" near the LSI reception.
Note that the bus line 356 would be less frequent compared to U35 line. So do pick the route depending on the availability and time from Bochum Hbf.

The reception is open from Monday to Saturday. Keys will be distributed by organizers at the facility on Sunday between 14h-15h (by Sergi), 18h-19h (by Alessandro). Keys will be distributed after 21h (by Misha) at the GABF 04/511 (entrance from the Botanic Garden side).
