A limited number of travel grants will be provided to Early Career Researchers presenting their work (talk or poster) at the workshop. The grants will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis.

The expenses will be reimbursed after the workshop according to the procedure below. At most, accommodation costs for three nights in a shared room (double occupancy) at Harnack House and travel expenses up to 500.00 EUR (300 EUR) for non-EU (EU) participants will be reimbursed.
Reimbursement procedure:
- Contact the EMMI Office via email with the LOC in cc
- Provide following information:
- workshop title
- first and last name
- affiliation
- bank details (IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, bank name, bank location, for US - routing number)
- private address
- Attach to your email:
- all receipts (meals cannot be reimbursed)
- participation confirmation (will be issued by LOC at the registration desk)
- The EMMI-Office will inform you once the process is completed
