Cancelation Policy:
> 48 hours prior to arrival date - free of charge
< 48 hours prior to arrival date / no show - 80 % of each booked room
Check-in/Check-out Guest rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Guests must check out by 11am.
Children up to the age of 6 can stay in their parents’ bed free of charge.
Accessible rooms are available both at Harnack House and in the guest house.
Breakfast An extensive breakfast buffet with specialty teas and coffees plus freshly pressed orange juice is included in room rates.
Wi-Fi High-speed Wi-Fi and eduroam connections are available free of charge throughout the building.
Leisure In summer, the guests are free to use the gardens, including the sun loungers and table tennis tables. Paddles are available from reception.
Left luggage facilities are available free of charge at the cloakroom.
Parking is provided in front of the House and is also available in the vicinity.
Pets are welcome in the buildings. Please contact reception to discuss this before arrival.
