Venue
The workshop takes place at the Scandic Park Hotel (Mannerheimintie 46, Helsinki, Finland), in the meeting room View 1 on the 9th floor.
Cost
The participation fee will be covered by NUSPRASEN. Morning and afternoon coffee breaks, as well as lunch will be provided.
Registration
Please note that the workshop is limited to 100 participants
Accommodation
Participants have to book their accommodation themselves. Some rooms at a reduced price have been reserved at the workshop venue, Scandic Park Hotel, from Sunday 24 November to Wednesday 27 November. We urge participants to book soon via the hotel web site, using the booking code BHEL241119.

The room prices include breakfast.
Travel
Helsinki is easily reached by plane. The easiest and quickest way to travel from Helsinki-Vantaa airport to the Scandic Park Hotel is by Finnair City Bus. Buses go between 5:30 to 00:45 about every 20 minutes, see the schedule here. The travel time is about 25 minutes, a one-way ticket costs 6.80 euro. You should get off at the bus stop "Hesperian Puisto" (Hesperia Park), just 200 m from the hotel.
The train from the airport to the Helsinki Main Station takes about 30 minutes, a one-way ticket costs 4.60 euro. Scandic Park Hotel is about 1.5 km from the railway station and can be easily reached by taxi or tram (lines 4 and 10, cost 2.80 euro).
A taxi from Helsinki-Vantaa airport to the Scandic Park Hotel will cost about 50 euro.
