Important (in Campus accommodation only):
Keys for rooms in the Château (bat. 03) can be taken from the guardian of the CNRS campus entrance (after 13h30, including during the night) after presenting an ID card.
Keys for rooms in the guest house (bat. 31) can be taken from the guardian of the same building (24h/24h) after presenting an ID card.
ACCOMMODATION in Campus
A limited number of rooms (20-30) are pre-reserved at the "Complexe d’acceuil" of the CNRS Campus. Prices include TV, Wifi access and breakfast (on request gluten free, vegan/vegetarian).

- Single room: 61,6€/night (≤ 5 nights) or 48,4€/night (≥ 6 nights)
- Twin room (2 single beds): 48,4€/night/person
- Chatêau (building 03)
- Single room: 61,6€/night (≤ 5 nights) or 48,4€/night (≥ 6 nights)
- Double ("prestige"): 134,2€/night (mini apartment with kitchen)
Reservations can be made via the online registration by providing: Name, Dates, Room type, Billing (institutional/personnal) address. Rooms are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment may be done in advance online here following the instructions (together with conference fee) or at place using banking card (Visa, CB, Master Card), cheque or cash. The online method is preffered! Payment receipts will be available only at place.
Note that all prices include VAT. CNRS agents can benefit from VAT-free prices on in-campus accommodation (-10%) and conference fee (-20%).
DEADLINES: Booking trough the online registration was 9th of September! Payment via the online system is 26th of September! Payment at place can be done only between 24-26 September, during the slot 8h30-9h30, building (batiment) 7b of the CNRS Campus.
NOTE: Any changes/cancellations (after 9th of September) are subject to payment fee to the facility.
