Conference Fee
Only upon receiving invitation and confirmation of participation per email the accepted participants must pay the Conference Fee. The Organizing Committee will not accept fee payments from participants whose abstracts were not accepted for presentation in the workshop.
The Conference Fee is 220 Euro/participant.
The Conference Fee covers:
- dinners at the workshop hotel for the entire stay
- welcome cocktail on Sunday 19 May 2019
- coffee-breaks
- proceedings costs
The Conference Fee should be paid by bank transfer by 15 February 2019.
Details on bank transfer procedures will be sent to the accepted participants per email after 1 February 2019.
Cash payments of the Conference Fee at the conference site are not accepted.
Refunds of the Conference Fee are unfortunately not permitted.
