The registration for RICH 2025 will open on April 1st.
The registration fee is expected to be in the range of 550-600 € with a 10% "early bird" discount for registrations before the end of June.
The conference fee will include:
- Access to the conference venue and participation in the plenary and poster sessions
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches at the Erbacher Hof (from Monday through Friday)
- Conference proceedings published in Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research, Section A
- Participation in all social events:
- Welcome reception on Monday
- Excursion and conference dinner on Wednesday
The accompanying person fee will be about 200 € and include participation in all social events. We plan to offer an option for accompanying persons to book lunches at Erbacher Hof as part of their registration.
The registration fee should be paid in Euro by bank transfer, the account details will be posted to the registration page. Registrations can only be confirmed after the full payment has been received.
Young scientists and scientists from developing nations may be eligible to be considered for travel support and/or a reduced conference fee. Please contact the organizers at rich2025@gsi.de for details, once the registration is open.
