Registration Fees
The registration for RICH 2025 was open from April 14th to August 31st and is now closed.
Accompanying persons joining the social program or the lunches at the Erbacher Hof (open only to registered conference participants and registered accompanying persons with lunch tickets) are welcome.

Travel Support
Early career scientists and scientists from developing nations with accepted presentations may be eligible to be considered for travel support and/or a reduced or waived conference fee. Requests for travel support should be submitted in an email to rich2025@gsi.de before the abstract submission deadline, once you submitted your abstract. The International Scientific Advisory Committee and the Local Organizing Committee will make the final decisions and notify the participant.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you have registered and paid the conference fee, but have to cancel your participation due to unforeseen reasons, you are eligible for a full refund of the conference fee (minus possible bank transfer fees) if your cancellation notice reaches us by August 8th, 2025. After this date, refunds are no longer possible.
Early Career Awards
Please indicate in your registration form if you would like to be considered for the early career researcher awards for the best talk and the best poster. To qualify, you should either be a PhD student or have received the PhD within the past 7 years.
Payment Information
- Payment should be made via bank transfer to the account listed below within four weeks after the registration, but no later than September 5th, 2025.
- Please note that registrations can only be confirmed after the full payment has been received.
- To register with accompanying persons, please add their fees to your conference participant fee and use a single bank transfer.
