As sponsor of RICH2025 you have the opportunity to promote your products and technical solutions and meet with leading scientists and engineers in the field of detector development.
We are offering three sponsorship packages. The poster prize package and the exhibitor package are subject to availability and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

1. BASIC SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE – 1000 € (PLUS 19% VAT)
The logo and link to the company’s website will be listed on the conference website and the name and the logo included into the Conference Proceedings. (Electronic version of logo, links and trademarks for inclusion in the conference program and website must be made available before August 1st, 2025).
Information material (i.e. flyers, brochures or USB drive, DVD, Flash memory with respective company information) will be added to the conference bag (Each item must be provided by the sponsor in 120 units and delivered before August 1st 2025)
Conference registration fee for one participant, including access to the lunch and coffee breaks, as well as the social program.
2. EARLY CAREER POSTER PRIZE AWARD – 2500 € (PLUS 19% VAT) – 1 AVAILABLE
The logo and link to the company’s website will be listed on the conference website and the name and the logo included into the Conference Proceedings. (Electronic version of logo, links and trademarks for inclusion in the conference program and website must be made available before August 1st, 2025).

Sponsorship of the early career poster prize award: The support and contribution of the sponsor will be recognized during the award presentation. A donation of at least 500 € will be provided by the sponsor to the winner of the Prize selected by the RICH International Scientific Advisory Committee.
Exhibit booth equipped with a desk, two chairs, vertical expositive panels. Wireless internet access at the booth and electrical connection (230 V AC) will be provided for the exhibition days (September 16th to 18th, 2025)
