arXiv will be used to publish the conference proceedings of ICAP’24. Submission of a proceedings paper is optional. An index of all submitted proceedings papers will be available here and also submitted to arXiv after the paper submission deadline such that all papers are citable individually as well as the index submission.
Paper Submission Deadline: 1st of December 2024
Format: Please add "Appears in the proceedings of the 14th International Computational Accelerator Physics Conference (ICAP’24), 2-5 October 2024, Germany" in your paper and in the comments during arXiv submission. There are no further requirements on template, format or length of your submission except that all submissions must conform to arXiv content polices and are moderated during the arXiv submission process, as usual.
Submission:
- Please submit your proceedings paper as individual arXiv submission till 1st of December 2024. You can find the submission guidelines of arXiv here.
- Add "Appears in the proceedings of the 14th International Computational Accelerator Physics Conference (ICAP’24), 2-5 October 2024, Germany" in your paper and in the comments during submission.
- Provide us with the arXiv identifier of your submission by e-mail to organizer@icap24.de. We will create an index submission after the paper submission deadline using automatic extraction of metadata from your submissions provided by arXiv.
