Conference Fee
The conference fee is € 600,00 including participation in the conference, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on all conference days (no dinner on Saturday, October 5th).
It is possible to attend the conference on individual days only and without a hotel reservation. The conference fee is then € 200,00 per day and € 100,00 for Saturday, October 5th.

Single Room including breakfast: full bed, shower, desk, flat-screen TV, infotainment system, club chair and air conditioning, breakfast buffet, recreation area with pool, sauna complex, as well as fitness and cardio equipment, Wi-Fi throughout the house and parking and shuttle service to Frankfurt Airport
- 02.-05.10.: € 99,00 per room/night
- 01.10.: € 169,00 per room (for first night before conference) + € 35,00 for dinner in the restaurant Seeheim's eat & meet (optional)
Room upgrades:
- Double room: + € 35,00 per room/night
- Executive room: + € 70,00 per room/night

Payment Method
Conference fee and hotel rates have to be paid by bank transfer in advance of the conference. You will receive more detailed instructions by e-mail after your registration has been confirmed.
