How to book a room in Hotel Medena
IMPORTANT !!
Accepted participants have to book the rooms directly with the hotel.
Accepted participants can book accommodation at the hotel from June 1st 2024 through September 1st 2024 (last date!).
Instructions on how to book the hotel room will be given by June 1st 2024.
All accepted participants will be accommodated in Hotel Medena.
We have obtained special rates valid for the period of the workshop. The special rates include free Wi-Fi, breakfast and dinners.
The special rates are:
- 99 Euro/person/day for accommodation in single-room
- 75 Euro/person/day for accommodation in double-room shared with another participant.
Additional costs: A city-tax of 1.40 Euro/person/day will be charged by the hotel.
