Only upon receiving invitation and confirmation of participation per email the accepted participants must pay the Conference Fee. The Organizing Committee will not accept fee payments from participants whose abstracts were not accepted for presentation in the workshop.
The Conference Fee is 300 Euro/participant.
The Conference Fee covers:
- welcome cocktail on Monday 23 September 2024
- conference dinner
- coffee-breaks
- proceedings costs
- transportation from the airport to the conference venue
The Conference Fee should be paid by bank transfer by June 15th 2024.
Details on bank transfer procedures will be sent to the accepted participants per email .
Cash payments of the Conference Fee at the conference site are not accepted.
Refunds of the Conference Fee are unfortunately not permitted.
