Hornung GmbH
Die Hornung GmbH arbeitet auf rund 2900 Quadratmetern Betriebsfläche, verteilt auf vier Fertigungshallen und den Verwaltungsbereich.
Im Geschäftsfeld Druckgastechnik entwickeln und fertigen wir Armaturen für Technische Gase und Reinstgase.Unsere Stärke ist die Herstellung komplexer Druckregler inklusive der Dichtheitsprüfung mit Prüfzertifikat. Unser Angebot umfasst neben Seriengeräten in vielen Varianten auch Sondergeräte, die wir nach Ihren Wünschen planen und ausführen.

Die Werkstoffe unserer Produkte im Bereich der Druckgastechnik erfüllen allerhöchste Anforderungen – dies gilt besonders für unsere Reinstgasarmaturen und Laborarmaturen und betrifft auch die Oberflächenbehandlung und baureihen- spezifische Reinigungs- und Prüfschritte. Ergänzend bietet die Firma Hornung die Herstellung von Autogenarmaturen an. Werkstücke und Geräte durchlaufen in unserem Hause eine strenge Qualitätssicherung. Alle Produkte unserer Druckgastechnik werden bei uns im Haus produziert, daher sind wir in der Lage auf die Wünsche unserer Kunden optimal einzugehen. Dies garantiert uns ein Höchstmaß an Flexibilität und ermöglicht kurze Lieferzeiten.

Zudem verfügen wir in der mechanischen Fertigung über einen modernen Maschinenpark mit entsprechend umfangreicher Maschinenausstattung für die Qualitätssicherung.Die Hornung GmbH ist im Bereich der CNC-Fertigung Lohnfertiger für die Herstellung von Einzelteilen, montagefertigen Komponenten oder kompletten Baugruppen.

Hornung GmbH works on approximately 2900 square meters of operating area, with three production halls and an administration complex.In the business segment of pressure gas technology we develop and manufacture gas control equipments for industrial gases and high purity gases. Here our strength is the manufacturing of complex pressure regulators including the leak tightness testing and test certification. In addition to our standard products, our range of products comprises of a variety of special equipments which we plan and produce according to customer requirements and wishes.

The materials deployed in the production process in the field of pressure gas technology fulfil the highest quality demands – this is especially the case regarding our high purity gas and laboratory fittings and applies also to the surface treatment and specific assembly cleansing and testing stages. Hornung‘s range is complemented by the production of autogenous equipments. All produced devices are subjected to stringent quality control. All products of our pressure gas technology are produced in-house, so we are able to respond optimally to the wishes of our customers. This guarantees us maximum flexibility and allows us short delivery times.

The mechanical production area deploys a range of modern machinery comprehensively equipped with the equivalent range of state-of-the-art quality assurance machines. Hornung GmbH is contract manufacturer in the field of CNC-production for the manufacturing of individual parts, ready-for-assembly components or complete component assemblies and sub-assemblies.
