Participation Fee is to be paid directly at the hotel and is inclusive the workshop costs (room, coffee breaks, meals) and accommodation.

Cancellation policy: The hotel will charge you - 50 % for cancellation made less than 45 days prior to your arrival (June 1st) and 80 % for cancellation less than 30 days (June 16th) or no-show.
