The HITRAP Workshop 2022 will take place at the Haus Hainstein in Eisenach. All participants will be accommodated at the venue. The following details from your registration form will be forwarded to the hotel by us, you do not need to book the hotel by yourself!

The participation fee is inclusive workshop and accommodation costs and is as follows:
129.00 EUR per workshop day and night per person in a twin room
139.00 EUR per workshop day and night per person in a single room
149.00 EUR per workshop day and night per person in a twin room with single occupancy
Please choose your room category at your workshop registration.
The workshop will start on July 17, 2022 with your arrival, check-in (from 3 pm) and a dinner at 7 pm and ends on July 20, 2022 with a lunch. The registration fee includes also breakfast, lunch and refreshements during coffee breaks.
Please note the applying cancellation policy:
The hotel will charge you - 50 % for cancellations made less than 45 days prior to your arrival (June 1st) and 80 % for cancellations made less than 30 days (June 16th) or no-show.
