While FAIR project is on its full swing to the realization, it becomes increasingly important to make sure that the GSI accelerator complex can provide the performance to meet the expected realiable operation of FAIR. Along the future FAIR injector chain, the RFQ in the UNILAC high-intensity branch is expected to operate reliably with unprecedented high-intensity heavy ion beams. Therefore, GSI organizes  a topical workshop with international experts to exchange knowledge and experience of
the best approaches for achieving an RFQ that can reliably deliver the high-intensity heavy ion beams. In particular, with  the participation of worldwide experts, the workshop should disentangle and further a better understanding of:

1) The upper-intensity limit of heavy ion beams that RFQ can reliably deliver;

2) The right balance between the ultimate beam performance and reliable operations;

The participation to the workshop requires a fee of  90 euro/person.

(includes venue and coffe breaks).

 * The participation at the workshop is open to all interested persons as long as they register.
