Conference Fee
Only upon receiving invitation and confirmation of participation per email (i.e. after the online registration is closed, and not before!) the accepted participants must pay the Conference Fee. The Organizing Committee will not accept fee payments from participants whose abstracts were not accepted for presentation in the workshop.
The Conference Fee is 200 Euro/participant.

- dinners at the workshop hotel for the entire stay
- welcome cocktail on Sunday 28th June 2017
- coffee-breaks
- proceedings costs
The Conference Fee should be paid by bank transfer by 15 January 2017.
Details on bank transfer procedures will be sent to accepted participants per Email after
1 December 2016.
Cash payments of the Conference Fee at the conference site are not accepted.
Refunds of the Conference Fee are unfortunately not permitted.
