Heidelberg offers a wide range of accommodation options, and participants are kindly asked to book their own accommodation. To support you, we have pre-reserved two room contingents for participants of the Light-Ion Workshop 2026:
Boutique Hotel Brückenstraße 14, 69120 Heidelberg 15 rooms reserved at €120 per room/night, including breakfast. Rooms are held until 31.08.2026.
Hotel Panorama Bismarckstr. 19, 69115 Heidelberg 5 rooms reserved at €100 per room/night, including breakfast, for the nights of 20.09.–25.09.2026. Rooms are held until 6 weeks before arrival; after that, the contingent expires.
When booking, please refer to the "Light-Ion-Workshop 2026" to receive a room from the reserved contingent.
