Understanding nuclear structure from fundamental interactions is a foundational task. We present ab initio Nuclear Lattice Effective Field Theory studies of Beryllium isotopes and Carbon-12, with low-lying spectra, radii, and electromagnetic properties in good agreement with data. Alpha-cluster intrinsic densities reveal two-center cluster structures, a one-neutron halo, and molecular dynamics in Be isotopes, and an equilateral triangle for the C-12 ground-state band versus a bent-arm configuration for the Hoyle state. We further discuss high-energy (sub-GeV) nuclear reactions using the Monte-Carlo Glauber technique with our correlated many-body wave functions as input. This approach describes reactions on carbon and hydrogen targets well, explicitly includes many-body correlations, and shows clear improvement over traditional one-body density assumptions. Consistent results for Be isotope reactions demonstrate a unified picture of structure and reaction dynamics. Overall, a coherent ab initio framework simultaneously captures the rich structure and high-energy reactions of light nuclei.
