Beschreibung

We present a new global analysis of nuclear parton distribution functions (nPDFs) within the nCTEQ framework.
The analysis includes neutral-current and charged-current deep-inelastic scattering data, fixed-target Drell–Yan measurements, and a substantial set of proton–lead collision data from the LHC.
In particular, W/Z-boson and heavy-flavor production measurements provide important constraints on the nuclear gluon distribution.
The resulting fit yields a new nPDF set.
We will focus on its uncertainty landscape across a wide range of nuclei, from light to heavy ions, as well as from low to high Bjorken-x.
In addition, we present predictions for observables that were not included in the fit and discuss their potential impact on future global nPDF analyses.
