The proponents of new proposals or re-submissions are expected to attend the workshop and present them to the collaboration. The proponents are also requested to provide a preproposal well in advance.
The preproposals should be submitted to samurai-contact@ribf.riken.jp, which will be distributed to the board members prior to the workshop
The deadline for submission of preproposals is June 10th, 2026
