Workshop Fee:

The conference fee includes the meals and coffee breaks on GSI premises and the participation to the conference dinner. You are responsible for your travel arrangements and lodging in Darmstadt. Please note that registration to the conference will be official once you/your institute has paid the conference fee. Two modes of payment will be offered:

• Per bank transfer. You will receive an invoice after your registration has been processed.
• Onsite per credit card.

The deadline for the early bird registration is March 31^st, 2025.

Code of conduct:

The Direct Drive and Fast Ignition Workshop 2025 is organized by GSI Darmstadt and, as such, its participants are asked to follow the anti-discrimination guidelines mentioned in this Code of Conduct.

Creating a supportive environment to enable scientific discourse during the workshop is the responsibility of all participants. All participants of the DDFI Workshop 2025 will conduct themselves in a professional manner that is welcoming to all participants and free from any form of discrimination, harassment or retaliation. The above named individuals will treat each other with respect and consideration to create a collegial, inclusive and professional environment at any time they meet in the course of the DDFI Workshop 2025.
