Conference Fee

The conference fee is €125,00 per participant when paid on or before the deadline December 15, 2022 by bank transfer to. For the bank details please wait for our invoice.

All bank charges must be paid by the payer.


After this deadline or if paid at the conference, the fee is €150,00. During the conference, the fee must be paid in cash. The cancellation charge is €50,00 after the deadline.

The conference fee covers overhead, refreshments during coffee breaks, and the conference dinner on Wednesday. Accompanying persons joining the dinner are charged seperately (€50,00).

Health and Sport Insurance

This is a winter meeting! Plesae make sure to have proper insurance coverage, if you decide to participate in sport activities during the breaks.


We can offer low cost accommodation for 62 participants at the Darmstädter Haus (Waldemar Petersen-Haus). There are only a few single and double rooms available. Students should sign up for four bed rooms, which have separate shower and WC.

Prices (including half board) are:

Single room rate: €270,00/person (2 rooms with en-suite shower)

Double room rate: €230/person (all rooms with en-suite showers)

Four-bed room rates: €190,00/person

We regret that an extended stay at the Darmstädter Haus before or after the workshop is not possible. The rates include breakfast and dinner. In addition, there is the possibility to prepare a lunch box during breakfast. As the number of rooms is rather limited, reservations should be made as soon as possible during the registration process. Priority will be given to people making a scientific contribution.

Please make sure to pay your accommodation at the Darmstädter Haus together with the conference fee on or before December 15, 2022! Cancellation of booking will not be refunded after this deadline.

Other participants can find accommodation at all price levels within walking distance from the conference site Darmstädter Haus. They are requested to make their own arrangements.
