Only upon receiving invitation and confirmation of participation per email the accepted participants must pay the Conference Fee. The Organizing Committee will not accept fee payments from participants whose abstracts were not accepted for presentation in the workshop.
The Conference Fee is 260 Euro/participant.
The Conference Fee covers:
- dinners at the workshop hotel for the entire stay
- welcome cocktail on Sunday, May 22nd 2022
- coffee-breaks
- proceedings costs
- transportation to/from the airport
The Conference Fee should be paid by bank transfer by March 15th 2022.
Details on bank transfer procedures will be sent to the accepted participants per email after March 1st 2022.
Cash payments of the Conference Fee at the conference site are not accepted.
Refunds of the Conference Fee are not permitted.
