Important Information:
Due to the COVID situation it has not been decided yet if the workshop will be with on-site participation or Zoom participation only. As we are awaiting further regulations from the German government after the holidays, we will inform you about the final decision on January 7th, 2022.
Please do not make any travel arrangements before that day!
Conference Fee for on-site participation
The conference fee is €150,00 per participation on-site. As soon as rooms have been assigned, we will contact you regarding the payment.
Participation via Zoom is free.
Accommodation
We can offer low cost accommodation for around 60 participants (depending on the COVID situation) at the Darmstädter Haus (Waldemar Petersen-Haus). There are only a few single and double rooms available. Students should sign up for four bed rooms, which have separate shower and WC.
Prices (including half board) are:
Single room rate: €270,00/person (2 rooms with en-suite shower)
Double room rate: €230/person (all rooms with en-suite showers)
Four-bed room rates: €190,00/person (all rooms with en-suite showers)

We regret that an extended stay at the Darmstädter Haus before or after the workshop is not possible. The rates include breakfast and dinner. In addition, there is the possibility to prepare a lunch box during breakfast.
Priority will be given to participants who give a talk. Before making any travel arrangements, please wait for our information on the room situation and on-site participation confirmation.
Health and Sport Insurance
This is a winter meeting! Please make sure to have proper insurance coverage, if you decide to participate in sport activities during the breaks.
