tight connection of AliEn to external software 5m
      - too tight connection to external software may be a problem for new VOs. - setup of AliEn is relatively easy, but setting up a ML repository did not work for new VOs without direct help from Costin. No corresponding manual or howto available for doing this from scratch - removal of SE service as site service: it was handy to have an AliEn service which takes care of xroot configuration and startup. If new VOs have also to install xrootd additionally on each site this is an additional obstacle - generally the obstacle for startup with AliEn Grid seems to become higher and higher for new VOs
