Please arrange your accommodation by yourself. Below you can find a list of hotels, but there are many others.We recommend to select a hotel downtown Darmstadt. The Lichtenberghaus can be reached easily by public transport within 10-20 minutes.
There is direct bus link called AirLiner from FRA to Darmstadt central station and Darmstadt downtown (Darmstadtium Conference Center).

Most convenient is the Welcome Hotel (only 8 Minutes by bus to the Lichtenberghaus).
