Beschreibung
Total absorption spectroscopy can provide experimental information that can remain hidden from conventional beta decay studies using Ge detectors. In this presentation we will present the DESPEC Total Absorption Spectrometer (DTAS) developed for the DESPEC experiment of NUSTAR. Some recent results from the first measurements performed at Jyväskylä will be highlighted and future perspectives will be discussed.
