The meeting will take place at the Campus Ochota of the University of Warsaw where the new sites of the Faculty of Physics and the Heavy Ion Laboratory are located (Pasteura 5, 02-093 Warsaw). The Campus is quite close to the center of Warsaw and is easily reachable from both the Warsaw Chopin Airport and the Central Railway Station.

The best way to travel to Warsaw is by a flight to the Chopin International Airport. The airport is located only 6.5 km from the Campus Ochota. The easiest way to reach the Campus is by a taxi which will take about 15 min and should cost less than 10 Euro. There is also public transport available - the bus lines 175 and 188.
Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for accommodation. We encourage you to make your room reservations as soon as possible. We recommend the following hotels (see map):
