Speaker for CBM/Hades for QM2027 plenary:
The EB suggests a senior speaker who strong background in both experiments (e.g.: Anar R., Chris P., Piotr G., Hanna Z., Tetyana G., Claudia H. (spoke already at QM2023))

Lecturer for Zimanyi School:
The EB suggests a senior speaker who strong background in both experiments, could be one of the above, who ids not the QM speaker

Speaker for parallel talk at GHP2027 (APS Topical Meeting):
EG suggest a Speaker with a primary background in hadron physics, no names were dropped

AOB:
Hanna will work on a set of rules for authorship (to be implemented in the Coll. Database) which warrants that the author list is up to date and appropriate for a given publication

Invitation for CBM speaker to Zimányi School Winter Workshop 20m

      https://zimanyischool.kfki.hu/26/

      Dear Rudi and Hanna,

Based on discussions in the Zimányi School International Advisory Committee, we would like
to hereby invite members of the CBM experiment to the 26th edition of the Zimányi School Winter Workshop,

      https://zimanyischool.kfki.hu/26/ https://zimanyischool.kfki.hu/26/

to be organized at the Wigner Research Center for Physics, and partly at the Eötvös University,
during Nov. 30 - Dec. 4, 2026. It would be our great pleasure to hear a delegated overview talk on

Recent results from the CBM experiment.

Of course, we also welcome further contributed talks from the experiment.

As usual, our conference also aims to summarize the latest high-energy heavy-ion and particle
physics results, and encourage communication between the theory and experimental community by
requesting experimental lecturers to speak to the theorists, and theoretical lecturers to speak to
      the experimentalists.

We will discuss important new results that might be relevant particularly to QGP evolution,
hydrodynamics, flow and femtoscopy, to the phases of strongly interacting matter, and related
experimental phenomena at SPS, RHIC, and LHC. As usual, we will have sessions on nuclear dynamics
and structure at lower energies (GSI, GANIL, RIKEN, FRIB, emong others), capable of exploring the
EoS at densities relevant for neutron star physics and related multi-messenger phenomena.

We plan to cover the latest results from (almost) all major experiments, and look forward to insights from new facilities, such as FAIR, EIC, and J-PARC.

feel free to reach out to the Local Organizing Committee (chaired by Daniel Kincses).

GHP2027 - The 12th Biennial Workshop of the APS Topical Group on Hadronic Physics
      April 9 - 11, 2027

      https://www.jlab.org/indico/e/ghp2027

      Dear conference / publication coordinators,

it is my great pleasure to invite a CBM/HADES speaker for a talk in a parallel session of the GHP2027 workshop, about a

CBM/HADES overview (with some focus on hadronic physics).

The parallel time slots are planned to be 25 minutes including discussion.

The in person workshop takes place April 9-11, 2027, preceding the 2027 Global Summit (April 11-17, 2027) of the American Physical Society and will take place at the same location. We have limited support for early career speakers.

Please let me know soon about your suggestion.

      Thanks & regards,
      Su.
