Meeting information
Registration for the meeting is only required for "in person" participation. The registration fee will cover the morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and the conference dinner on Wednesday (Restaurant Harmooni, just few blocks down the road).
Lunch is available in the venue at own expense. There are also several restaurants in the close surroundings of the venue.
On Tuesday afternoon a tour in the University of Jyväskylä Accelerator Laboratory is organised. This is also a walking distance from the venue. Please indicate your interest in the registration form.
Miscellaneous–what else to do?
The meeting venue was designed by the famous Finnish architect Alvar Aalto. Very recently, his works were inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List, including the buildings in the main campus of the University of Jyväskylä. In fact, Jyväskylä is the place for those who wish to explore his works.
As the evenings are getting quite dark in Finland at the end of September, the City of Light Festival is organised annually in Jyväskylä. This year it takes place 25.9.-3.10.2026. During that period, there are several light installations on display around Jyväskylä.
