There is a limited number of fellowships, which cover the conference fee. These fellowships will preferentially be given to PhD-students without funding.
Deadline for application: May 31, 2026.
Submission of abstracts will be possible until July 1st, 2026. We plan to decide on acceptance latest until the 15th of July. If your travel planing/fund raising requires an earlier decision please contact us.
Conference fee:
There will be a conference fee of 990.- Euro, which covers the local costs in Erice, including full board and lodging. Lunch and dinner will be provided at local restaurants. Drinks, beverages, and after-dinner coffee at the restaurants, telephone calls, personal laundry, etc. are not covered by the fee. Please note that each accompanying person has to pay the fee as well.
The fee is best paid upon arrival by credit card or in cash. Bank transfer in advance is also possible. The details will be e-mailed to the participants in due course.
