The event will take place at the WELCOME HOTEL in the city of Darmstadt. We will provide coffee breaks and lunches during the event. We have reserved single and twin rooms for this event starting from Aug 17 till Aug 22. All participants are encouraged to stay at the hotel. GSI rates for this event (reference IRENA) are
single room - 113.00 euros incl. breakfast
twin room 138.00 euros incl. breakfast
and can be booked via this link by JULY 12. After this deadline availability and rate cannot be guaranteed and booking is only possible directly with the hotel.
Cancellation policy:
- booking link availabe until July 12, 2025
- cancellation without charge 2 weeks prior to arrival date
- cancellation less than 2 weeks and no show - 90% of the total rate
- GSI is not covering any cancellation costs

The Welcome Hotel is located in the heart of Darmstadt and is easily reached by public transport. There are very convenient parking possibilities in the "Schlossgarage", parking fee is 17 euros per 24 hours and/or 2,50 euros per hour.
