International Cooperations (ICO) is organising a guided tour on the FAIR construction site and the campus for University of Basel.

To process your application, we require a copy of your ID/passport to clearly establish your identity. With this form, you declare your consent that FAIR&GSI may send the ID/passport copy for entrying campus and the construction site.

Registering is mandatory for participation. Please use EU Size for your Shoe Sizes. (if you are unsure, please use this convertor) 

All registered participants will get further information via mail.

    • 11:45 → 12:00
      Check-IN - Main Gate FAIR/GSI 15m

      Each participant needs to carry a valid Photo ID to access the campus.

    • 12:00 → 12:45
      Welcome and Networking Lunch 45m

      Each participant has to pass a safety test on a terminal before the tour. Instructions will be given on site. Therefore, we need you to be on time! Only after this we receive Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to walk through the site.

    • 12:45 → 14:45
      FAIR Civil Construction Site Tour 2h

      Group photo before the event will be taken. Guided Tour after passing through the security and getting the Personal Protective equipment.

    • 14:45 → 15:15
      Coffee Break 30m
    • 15:15 → 16:45
      GSI Campus Tour (guided) 1 h 30m

      A guided to the accelerator facility and laboratories will be organized.

    • 16:45 → 17:00
      Feedback and Check-OUT 15m
