The NucAR Collaboration meeting will take place at the WELCOME HOTEL in the city of Darmstadt. All participants, who need accommodation, will be accommodated at the venue. Please choose your room category at your workshop registration. The following details from your registration form will be forwarded to the hotel by us, you do not need to book the hotel yourself!

There are 20 rooms available and the accommodation as well as the workshop costs will be covered by us, thanks to the generous support by EMMI and ATP.
The workshop will start on December 2, 2024 noon with a lunch and end on December 4, 2024 noon also with a lunch. We will provide lunch on December 4 and a Workshop Buffet Dinner on December 3.
The Welcome Hotel is located in the heart of Darmstadt and is easily reached by public transport. There are very convinient parking possibilities in the "Schlossgarage", parking fee is 17 euros per 24 hours and/or 2,50 euros per hour.
