Description
A brief review of the impact of searches for electric dipole
moments of nucleons, atoms and molecules on fundamental sources
of CP (or T) violation in nature. The focus will be on the use of effective field theory to disentangle the constraints on different fundamental CP-odd sources, and the implications of direct LHC exclusion limits on possible new physics at or near the electroweak scale.
