Conference Fee
The fee includes lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, excursion, conference dinner, and proceedings.
Registration Fees:
450 Euro before March 15, 2015
500 Euro after March 15, 2015
250 Euro for students (no proceedings)
All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfer have to be paid by the sender.
Please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Cancellation and refund policy
Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration must be made in writing to the SHIM organizers by

or by fax: +49-6159-71-2134.
If cancellation is received by May 10, 2015, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of 50 EUR.
No refunds of the registration fee can be made for cancellations received after 10 May 2015. Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation.
In the case of no-show, there will be no refund of the registration fee.
There is no extra fee if a registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
