Proceedings
The proceedings for this conference will be published in a special issue of Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section B: Beam Interactions with Materials and Atoms (NIMB). All contributions will be refereed to the journal’s high standards.
The hard deadline for submission is May 31, 2015. We have made a firm commitment to the publisher for timely publication and therefore cannot guarantee that contributions received after the deadline will be included in the proceedings volume.
The length of the proceedings papers should be in the order of 4-7 pages in the final printed format. Manuscripts are to be submitted electronically to the Elsevier proceedings site:
