Accommodation:
Please specify in your registration, if you need a hotel room. We have reserved 30 rooms à 142€ (w/o breakfast à 23€ / 2% tax). We will take care of the booking and send a name list to the hotel on 13th of February.
Please acknowledge, that for later registrations, a hotel room at the venue cannot be guaranteed.
Concerning travel request:
Please note that the cost of the accomodation with all additional costs ( such as breakfast & accomodation tax) will have to be paid individually at the hotel. Therefore please enter the costs accordingly in your travel request.
