Templates 2023 attached Report 2022 attached We need to identify Highlight 2023 + 1 Figure Implementation of Senate Recommendations -- Nurture the novel idea for EDM determination in COSY. -- Continue to clarify the TransFAIR (FZJ/GSI) evolution. Enhance coordination of theoretical and experimental approaches across the program. -- ELEMNTS, Execute the FAIR Phase-0 program with a continuous management of the work force. With the use of FAIR Phase-0, accomplish smooth transition from old to new facilities at GSI. Talent Management -- ERC, HGS-HIRe statistics, new appointments, ... Networking and Cooperation -- NRW successes, EURO-LABS , ect ??? Transfer in Economy and Society -- GSI/FAIR Digital Open Lab, ect ??? Third-Party Funding -- SFBs, Research Clusters, ect...

Progress on ToDos Room: SB3 3.170a Seminarraum Theorie -- HZDR strategic partner with nuclear astrophysics, get in contact with Colleagues and understand if there is a wish to join MU activities -- fix MU-CML structure and prepare one page on science goals for FoPoZi -- collect list of the sub-topics --> make sure that idea fits the concept -- integrate better neutrino activities -- text on detector developments for MT? Following the ideas emerged from the Retreat on Silicon Detector @ GSI/FAIR, and which are summarised in the strategy paper "Towards next generation silicon sensors at GSI/FAIR", we discussed that we shall include silicon detector developments in MT -- discuss strategic development of the CML in terms of personal (retirements, new topics) -- news on FAIR role in Helmholtz, how to integrate FAIR experiments?

Work on the strategy paper Room: SB3 3.170a Seminarraum Theorie Ich möchte daran erinnern, dass wir bis Mitte Januar Stichworte und kurze Textpassagen für die einzelnen Abschnitte des Strategiepapiers zusammenstellen wollen bzw. müssen.
