Your data may be used in compliance with the German Data Protection Law (DSGVO) as follows:

• your name and affiliation will be displayed on the participant list
• your name and affiliation may be used to create badges
• your name and affiliation will be shown in the timetable if you give talks
• all information will be stored on GSI servers
• some of the information may be forwarded to other participants
• your data will be forwarded to administrative departments of GSI, e.g. if you apply for travel reimbursement
• some of the information will appear anonymously on statistics/lists for organizational reasons.
