Test productions with the nes STS geometries Room: zoom Dear Tetyana, Partha, All, We have prepared a few test productions for the evaluation of the STS geometry change request. In particular, an omega signal from PLUTO files was embedded for PWG-DIL testing. Please check these productions and let us know in case you will notice some issues with the embedding or productions. Some general details you can find below and a full specification can be found in the google table: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15bYzuBmrbOI9oWem8ZYg9Ee74-kr6CXsYTXRCAJBIE4/edit#gid=675508708 It would be good if you can help us to check from the PWG-DIL point of view the changes imposed by the new STS geometry. The productions for MOUN Setup are in preparation (a detailed information on this was sent around in a separate email). Thank you. Cheers, Ilya ------------------------------------------- REFERENCE_OLD_STS (old default) MAG_v22a_MF_v22c (new magnet) MAG_v22a_STS_v22c_MF_v22c (new magnet and new STS) MAG_v22a_STS_v22c_MF_v22c_G4_SC_OFF (new magnet and new STS with alternated Geant4 settions which affects muon simulations) The output directory contains the files from the full simulation chain (transport, digitization, and reconstruction) as well as the AnalysisTree (AT). We are also planning to have a production without MVD (MAG_v22a_STS_v22c_MF_v22c_MVD_OFF), which is in progress.
