The goal of this workshop is to define the scientific and technical requirements of the R3B target recoil tracking device and examine the potential options for modifying the existing device or for designing a new tracker device taking into account that the field has advanced considerably both scientifically and technologically over the past decade.
The conclusions from this workshop will be presented during the R3B Collaboration Meeting in December.
