-- put prominently cross references, MU, MT, MML, LKII
-- ERCs not enough to tell "many" give names and topics of most relevant for PoF V and those that will still run in PoF V
- This includes the ERC Starting Grant "GreatMoves" for the implementation of novel neutron star merger simulation techniques, the ERC Advanced Grant "Kilonova" for the study of r-process electromagnetic transients, a Leibniz prize as recognition of the prediction of the phenomenon of kilonovae associated to the r-process in neutron star merger, the ERC Synergy Grant "HeavyMetal" to comprehend r-process element formation through astronomical observations, astrophysical modeling, and atomic experiments, the ERC Starting grant "NeuTrAE" to determine the role of neutrino flavor transformations in dense astrophysical environments, the ERC Consolidator Grant "LISA" to perform lifetime measurements using solid active targets, the ERC Consolidator Grant “ASTRUm” to measure the bound-state beta decay of 205Tl and the ERC Advanced Grant “Zeptometry” to find indications for physics beyond the Standard Model.
- ERC Synergy Grant LUNANOVA which is coordinated by me and includes also Italian and Spanish partners. We will build a new LUNA accelerator (hence the name) in Gran Sasso and work on solar fusion cross sections. Running time 2026-2032, amount 14 M€. LUNANOVA will also include work at other labs including Felsenkeller and CRYRING, so we can use it to underpin the attractiveness of Helmholtz infrastructures, European networking, etc. etc.
