We primarily offer products in the UHV sector, including handling equipment, instruments, electronics, magnetrons, chamber construction, viewing windows, custom-built components, CF/ISO/KF components, special copper seals, plasma cleaning, sputtering targets, and UHV valves, as well as complete systems. I would particularly like to highlight our new PRV valve, which can regulate small gas volumes in challenging situations thanks to its piezo actuator.
